Welcome to WakePackGo, a platform that enables users to book accommodation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services through our platform.
2. Booking Process
When making a booking, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices and fees are displayed on our platform, but they may change based on availability, currency fluctuations, or other factors.
• Any payment you make for a booking will be processed immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
Please note that cancellations or modifications may be subject to third-party provider policies and additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services booked through WakePackGo are processed through Stripe.
• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card and debit card.
• Any taxes, fees, or charges related to your booking will be included in the total cost shown on your booking confirmation.
4. Compliance with Housing Laws and Local Regulations
All listings on WakePackGo must comply with the Fair Housing Act and any applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines governing housing and rental agreements. By using WakePackGo, you represent and warrant that you are in full compliance with all relevant legal requirements and agree to adhere to these laws while using our platform.
5. Accuracy of Information
All content on WakePackGo is provided by users. While we may perform certain verification procedures, such as identity checks or other similar actions, we cannot guarantee that these measures will uncover past misconduct or prevent future issues. When you see terms like "verified" associated with a user or listing, it simply means that the user or listing has completed a specific verification process with WakePackGo, it does not suggest that the information is fully accurate or trustworthy.
We do not verify the correctness of the details provided by users and take no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions. By using this platform, you agree to indemnify WakePackGo, its affiliates, employees, and agents, holding them harmless from any loss, damage, or liability (including both direct and indirect damages) arising from your use of the platform. Your use of the platform does not establish a professional or business relationship with WakePackGo or any of its affiliates.
6. Independent Arrangements
Any agreements or interactions between property owners, tenants, and roommates are made solely between the involved parties and are not under the control or responsibility of WakePackGo. We are not liable for any disputes, issues, or failures that may arise from such arrangements. You acknowledge that while WakePackGo may choose to review or monitor activity on the platform, we are not required to do so.
To ensure that our platform remains in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, we may review, restrict access to, alter, or remove listings as needed. By using the platform, you agree to cooperate with WakePackGo, provide any necessary information, and take reasonable steps as requested during any investigation into potential misuse or violations of the platform’s policies.
7. Liability Protection
By using this platform, you agree to fully release and protect WakePackGo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents from all claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including legal and accounting expenses) arising out of:
• Your use or access to the platform and its services
• Any content you upload, share, or contribute to the platform
• Your communication or dealings with other users
• Any transactions related to renting or subletting properties listed on the platform
• Your involvement in creating or posting a listing
• Any issues related to the use, condition, or rental of a listed property, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, damages, or losses (whether they are direct, indirect, incidental, or otherwise) resulting from such activities.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider, WakePackGo will attempt to facilitate refunds for eligible bookings but is not responsible for delays or refusals due to provider policies.

9. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.
• Follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during your travels.
• Ensure that your passport, visa, and other travel documents are in order.
• Comply with any instructions or requirements provided by service providers (hotels, hosts, etc.).
You are responsible for any losses, damages, or additional costs that may arise from failing to comply with the conditions or terms of your bookings.
10. Limitation of Liability
WakePackGo acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers. Its owners, employees, agents and other affiliates shall not be responsible for the actions, omissions, or any issues that arise from third-party service providers, including hotels, hosts or tour operators.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay that occurs during your trip, including but not limited to accidents, cancellations, flight delays, lost luggage, or natural disasters.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking or service in question.
• Users including Guests and Hosts acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk, and they are responsible for evaluating and vetting other users themselves.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can also request deletion of your data by submitting a request on our Data Deletion Form!
12. Resolution of Disputes
Any disagreements related to the use of WakePackGo services will be settled through binding arbitration, following the procedures set by the American Arbitration Association. Users agree to forgo their right to pursue legal claims in a court of law, except for small claims that are eligible for resolution in small claims court.
13. Right to Deny Service
WakePackGo retains the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion and at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to remove or modify content, cancel listings, or deactivate user accounts if we determine that a user’s behavior violates these Terms and Conditions, our policies, or could negatively impact our platform or other users.
14. Changes to Terms
WakePackGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and the updated version will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
15. Ownership of Intellectual Property
The content on WakePackGo, such as text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by WakePackGo or its content providers and is safeguarded by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any content from the platform without obtaining explicit written consent from WakePackGo or the respective rights holder.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
WakePackGo provides its online travel booking services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to offer accurate and reliable information, but we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all content on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, travel listings, prices, availability, and descriptions of accommodations.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, WakePackGo expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
We do not guarantee that:
• Our platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through our platform will meet your expectations
• Any travel arrangements or reservations made through our platform are at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with third-party service providers, including hotels, tour operators, or other travel vendors.
